Day 1 & 2

Day 1

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
3 slices of bacon
1 slice of buttered multi grain toast
2 cups of black coffee

Lunch
6" Italian sub from Subway
Snack
1 slice of multi grain toast with two teaspoon of peanut butter

Supper
1 piece of homemade lasagna
2 pieces of garlic toast
2 servings of salad
8 ounces of water

Evening snack
2 cups of unsweetened green tea
1 choc chip cookie
1 small peperoni stick

Day 2

Breakfast
2 cups of coffee

Lunch
Three slices of pizza

Supper
1 grilled lean pork chop
1 serving of salad
1 serving of roasted baby potatoes
1 glass of red wine
