Green smoothie of banana, mango, strawberries, nanking cherry juice (my trees), and spinach
Latte with almond milk

Snack:
Water with 2 drops Black Mica
Corn flax chips with Mexican Homestyle salsa

Lunch:
Tomato Lemon Basil Sauce over zucchini "noodles"
Green smoothie (same as breakfast)
Water

Snack:
Bowl of Black Jewel popcorn popped in coconut oil and topped with diary-free margarine and sea salt.
Water
Handful of green grapes

4 squares of El Camino dairy-free chocolate bar with almonds

Oatmeal Notes: oatmeal is incredibly good for you because it not only has protein and fiber, but also removes the bad estrogens from our system and that is a good thing. I prefer steel cut oats because it's more chewy and has a nuttier taste. For the raw method: soak 1 cup of steel cut oats overnight (shorter if using rolled oats) in water. Drain, lightly rinse and drain. Add fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, and sweetener to your liking. Can also add raw cocoa and coconut (can we say breakfast macaroon) as well as supplement powders such as bee pollen, maca and lucuma. Can make a few days worth at a time and store in fridge.
