breakfest- a bowl of cheerios and milk
- a travel mug of coffee(about 2 reg coffee cups in size)
first coffee - a banana, 2 reg granola bars, one diced peaches fruicup
lunch - a ham sandwich on wholewheat bread with a little mustard and light miracle whip
supper- 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, on wholewheat bread with a little ketchup
March 2
breakfest- a cinnamon bagle, a travel mug of coffee
first coffee- a banana, one orange, 10 slices of cucumber and a granola bar
lunch- one diced peaches fruitcup, a granola bar, 10 baby carrots and one ham sandwich on wholewheat
bread
dinner- one plate of chicken stirfry with vegetables(carrots, broccolli and califlower) and sliced waterchestnuts, served on a half cup of brown rice. about one chicken breast for chicken serving size.
- one cup of earl grey tea, with a dash of milk and splenda as sweetener.
with each coffee I add milk and use splenda as sweetener.
