Slept until noon: very unusual for me

Almond milk latte with a snort of Durango coffee liqueur and a tablespoon of dark drinking chocolate (non-dairy)

4 pm Whatever:
Bowl of amazing bouquet of tastes raw soup with avocado and coarse sea salt
Chocolate chia pudding
Water with 2 drops black mica
Snack:
Small chik-o-stix (yes it's a candy)
2 chocolate covered almonds (non-dairy)
Water
Supper:
"Reuben" sandwich with homemade sourdough, ham, mustard, Tofutti non-dairy "mozzarella", fermented veggies
