Snack:
6 Barhi dates stuffed with pecans and Fair Trade dark chocolate chips

Supper:
Green smoothie with mango, spinach, pineapple, green apple, coconut, cranberries
Baked potato with dairy-free margarine, Tofutti non-dairy "sour cream", bacon bits
Roast farm raised chicken- all of my favorite pieces
Glass of blush wine
