This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

March 13 - Claire Finnamore
I missed a couple of days, and I can't remember what I ate. BAD. Here is today. Breakfast muffin and hash brown from Tim Horton. Gourmet flavored jelly beans. Exact number not available. Take out Chinese food Hot chocolate, 2 cookies.
