Day 12 (Saturday)
Breakfast - Nothing but water
Lunch - Bag of chips and a snickers (Ok this was bad as it was after three GREAT hours of Kung Fu).
Supper - Homemade chicken bacon and mushroom carbonara over penne noodles. Also two glasses of wine and two pieces of garlic bread.
Day 13 (Sunday)
Breakfast - One cup of black coffee
Lunch - Small bowl of left left over pasta from last nights supper
Supper - Asian marinated pork tenderloin that was grilled. Served over stir fried been sprouts, onions and celery.
One bottle of Stella Artois and half a can of orange pop.
The weekends tend to be sooooooo much busier than the weekdays (HOW CAN THIS BE????) so I tend to hit the ground running first thing in the morning and grab whatever is available through out the day. I think I have put Ms. Lowry to shame with these past two days of eating LOL!!
