This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Day 2 Kevin Lindstrom
Granola bar, cheese for breakfast. 2 ham and swiss sandwiches for lunch. 2 pieces chicken, potatoes/spinich with low fat sour cream,fresh broccoli for dinner. 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, some white corn chips and a cookie for a snack.
