1 roast beef sandwich with corn, veg, chicken, chowder soup
1 shepherds pie with potatoes, beef, and vegetables
1 smoothy - berries, fruit, protein supplement, apple, banana
2 pop
1 popcorn
1 peanuts
1 ice cream sandwich low fat
1 apple
plenty of water
