Sherri Donohue Day 15

Breakfast:
Green smoothie with spinach, mango, pineapple, coconut, cranberry, noni, green apple
Raw steel cut oats with gogi berries, almonds, lucuma, cocoa nibs, bee pollen
Soymilk latte with homeroasted beans and homemade soymilk
Water

Snack:
Japanese salad (noodles, coleslaw mix, almonds, dulse flakes, ginger-soy/balsamic dressing)
Water with 2 drops black mica

Lunch:
Ginormous bowl of "bouquet of flavors" raw soup
2 raw raisin cookies, 1 raw coconut-lime cookie
Water

Supper:
BBQ steak
Baked potato with dairy-free margarine, Tofutti "sour cream", bacon bits
Water
