Sherri Donohue Day 12

Pre-Breakfast
Almond milk latte

Breakfast:
Green smoothie with kale, peaches, orange, banana, noni
Fried egg sandwich with ham, Daiya cheddar style "cheese"
Water

Late Lunch:
Plain tortillas with Mexican Homestyle salsa
Dark chocolate (non-dairy) covered almonds
Date almond coconut log
Water
Black spice chai tea (sans milk) with honey and a snort of Extra Smooth E&J Brandy

Snack:
6 dark chocolate (non-dairy) covered raisins
Another black spice chai tea (sans milk) with honey and a snort of E&J Brandy. Dennis is best friends with a Kleenex box and I need to defend myself. My story: sticking to it.

Supper:
Hot dog (Costco style) with mustard (the ONLY way to have hot dogs) and fermented veggies (think sauerkraut)
Water

Snack:
Bowl of blue kernel popcorn with dairy-free margarine and sea salt
Water
