breakfest- bowl of shreddies and milk, mug of coffee
coffee break- peeled mini carrots, sweet snow peas and some cucumber, 2 oatmeal cookies(homemade)
lunch- a large salad, a banana, a diced peaches fruitcup
supper- Roast beef with whole grain rice and gravy
March 9
breakfest- bowl of honey nut cheerios and milk and a mug of coffee
coffee break- a banana, 2 oatmeal cookies and a diced pears fruitcup
lunch- leftover roast beef and wholegrain rice with gravy
supper- 2 hotdogs on wholewheat bread and a medium salad
March 10
breakfest- a cinnamon bagel and a mug of coffee
coffee break- peeled baby carrots, cucumber and sweet snow peas, a diced peaches fruitcup
lunch- a cheese sandwich on wholewheat bread and a medium salad
supper- spaghetti and meatsauce
snack- some hotair popcorn
