This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

March 16 - Sifu Brinker
Breakfast - two Tim Horton's breakfast sandwiches with no meat
Lunch - AAFRA Awards banquet - chicken, potatoes, potato salad, vegetarian lasagna, carrots, mixed vegetables.
Supper - 2 grilled cheese sandwiches
