This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

March 13 - Sifu Brinker
Yup, I've been posting to the wrong blog all week so today was a big update day while I transferred everything over.
Breakfast - two fuji apples and 250 ml of yogurt
Lunch - boneless pork with sweet and sour sauce
Supper - vegetarian pizza with green peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
