This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Kevin Lindstrom Day 1
2 oranges for breakfast 4 pieces cheese, 100g beef jerky, 1 swiss roll for lunch i Subway melt sub with lots of veggies for dinner. 2 cookies and a handful of chips for a snack. 3.2 liters of water/green tea.
