Darcy Regier - Better now than never.

March 14th

Breakfast
2 cups of water
steel cut oatmeal with brown sugar and 2% milk
2 cups of weak coffee
2 pieces of rye bread toast with peanut butter

Lunch
bowl of KD
cup of peppermint herbal tea
cup of water

Supper
organic beef homemade lasagna
2 cups oof water

March 15th
Breakfast
2 cups of water
English muffin with peanut butter
1/2 cup of steel cut oatmeal
2 cups of weak coffee

Lunch
2 cups of water
leftover lasagna from yesterday

Supper
chicken/bacon Subway sub on brown
1/2 bottle of green tea
one cup of water

apple
glass of water
