Andrea Prince day 15

breakfast: kashi granola bar, piece of banana bread, herbal tea
snack: herbal tea, pineapple
lunch: pita with chicken, lettuce, peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese. an apple, water
snack: banana bread and a muffin
dinner: souvlaki chicken, tomato and cucumber salad with feta cheese, whole wheat naan bread, water
snack: popcorn with butter (franks hot sauce mixed in...it's delicious), water

A few days ago I forgot to add in a post that I had a cup of coffee, I have not had a coffee for about 2 months now, and the benefits have been great. I was in the middle of a 6 hour homework marathon and I caved, but I haven't had one since.

  1. Your popcorn sounds great, have to try it. Have you tried with soy sauce? It's good too.
