Andrea Prince day 13

breakfast: herbal tea, 1 giant pancake with wild blueberries and topped with sliced strawberries and syrup
lunch: grilled veggie sandwich- grilled portabello mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and zucchini with fresh tomatoes on a toasted ciabatta bun with goat cheese and pesto.... best sandwich in the world, water and a piece of banana bread
snack: tea and banana bread
dinner: pasta with marinara sauce and turkey meatballs, ceasar salad, water
snack: herbal tea, toast and peanut butter
