This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

breakfast: whole wheat english muffin, herbal tea
lunch: 6" veggie sub on brown from subway, smoothie with o.j. strawberries, wild blueberries and yogurt, water
snack, 1 piece of banana bread
dinner: homemade turkey burger with lettuce, tomato and pickle, water
