This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

breakfast: kashi granola bar, herbal tea
lunch: 4 pieces sushi, cup of cream of tomato soup, whole wheat bun, water
snack: herbal tea, apple, banana
dinner: grill cheese sandwich on whole wheat, water
snack with a friend: bowl of popcorn, root beer float
