This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

March 2, 2011 - Sifu Brinker
Breakfast - 3 slices of vegetarian pizza from Panagos, 2 - 250ml of Organic Electric Lemon Green Tea.
Dinner - Veggie Burger, fries, and root beer from A&W
Supper - 2 Soya veggie burgers with a slice of cheddar cheese each (mustard and relish) and a sliced Fuji Apple.
