Fried egg sandwich on homemade 60% whole wheat sourdough with mayo, Daiya (dairy-free and soy free) cheddar style "cheese"
Green smoothie with green grapes, pears, banana, and spinach
Latte with almond milk and a snip of coffee liqueur
Water
Lunch:
Tabbouleh with chick peas and is heavy on the cilantro

Snacks: (I'm at a show so snacking is the name of the game for eating)

Coconut water
Corn flax chips
Handful of dairy-free chocolate covered almonds
Mini Luna peanut butter cookie bar
Supper:
Water
Hamburger with Daiya (dairy-free and soy-free) cheddar "cheese" and Mexican Homestyle salsa and sesame bun
1 ounce of Camus Cognac. However Cognac is inhaled not drank, so I wonder if this counts. :)
