Andrea Prince day 5

breakfast: herbal tea, 1 egg and 1 piece whole wheat toast, handful cherry tomatoes
snack: kashi bar, banana, 250 ml chocolate milk, an amazing brownie from Mrs. Chalifoux after shoveling her driveway, water
lunch: sandwich on whole wheat made with leftover chicken from last night, water
dinner: 2 pieces vegetarian pizza and one slice hawaiian, caesar salad, water
snack: a few squares of dark chocolate with chili

I'll have to plan better food for days I'm at the kwoon training, I didn't eat a lot of fruit or veggies today and the takeout pizza was pure laziness. Tomorrow will be better.
