Jill, who lives at MacEwan residence, and I are spending the weekend together. Typical mother/daughter talk, which includes health and nutrition. Jill has been doing a lo-carb nutrition plan, with the goal of improving her complexion, and shedding 2-5 pounds which she gained from the first year university lifestyle. She looks great. Here's what she ate today.
Breakfast; Apple, coco chai rooibis tea (from David's Tea)
AM Snack: Chai frappuccino with skim milk.
Lunch: Bannana, Almonds.
Dinner: 2 grilled chicken thighs, stir fry mushroomm, green pepper, zuchinni with garlic (thanx mom!)
Eve Snack: Bannana, Strawberries.
6 glasses water.
