This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

March 5 - Sifu Brinker
Breakfast - 3 chocolate chip cookies (yeah baby)
Lunch - mashed potatoes, chicken thighs with gravy and corn niblets.
Supper - vegetarian linguine with carrots, red peppers, green peppers and whole lot of broccoli.
- cheese and mushroom fondue consumed with whole wheat bread.
