Day three

Breakfast
  • two slices of multi grain bread with a slice of Hungarian salami (ok this is isn't quite breakfast but it's what I wanted)
  • Can of Redbull (MMMMMMM Redbull =) =)
Lunch
  • Can of Redbull  (I know not good.....)
Supper
  • Steamed rice with grilled asian chicken
  • 16 ounces of water
Snack
  • two slices of multi grain bread and a slice of salami
  • 12 ounces of water
