Day 3 Kevin Lindstrom

2 oranges and a granola bar for breakfast.
1 beef and cheese sandwich and fries for lunch (tony romas).
2 slices of ham, pepper, green olive and pineapple pizza for dinner (homemade).
1 cookie and a small handful of chips for a snack.
3.3 liters of water/herbal tea throughout the day.
