breakfest- bowl of honey nut cheerios and milk and 1 mug of coffee
lunch- 2 pieces of fish(halibut) and french fries- cooked in the oven
supper- one bbq'd hamburger(homemade patty) on wholewheat bun with mustard and relish, 15 peeled mini carrots, 10 or so sweet pickle slices, handfull of multigrain tostitos.
snack- one granola bar and a banana
