snack: about a cup and a half of cut up pineapple
lunch: 4 pieces sushi and a cup of mushroom soup and a whole wheat bun, water... weird combination but it worked at the time
snack: banana and toast with peanut butter,water
dinner: tomato and cucumber salad with feta cheese, baked chicken breast, water
snack: I'm going to make myself some tempura asparagus with ponzu sauce, so good
