- Lettuce (Baby spinach leaves preferred), Radish (sliced thin), Snow peas, Carrots (match stick sliced), Cucumber (sliced), Tomatoes, Cheddar cheese (cubed), Almonds (sliced) raw, Ground flax seeds, Dressing to suite
