Saturday March 5th

Breafast
  • One cup of black coffee
Lunch
  • Quarter pounder with cheese fries and a coke
Supper
  • Homemade pizza with lots of fresh veggies, peperoni and ham (It was soooooo good)
Snack
  • Two cups of unsweetened green tea and a handful of potatoe chips
Like Sihing Prince I as well have to plan better for Saturday Kwoon training.  Next Saturday will be much better planned from a nutrition and meal stand point.
