Robyn Kichko - Mar.05

Breakfast
smoothie
1 cup orange juice
1 cup skim milk
1 cup of plain fat free yogurt
2 tablespoons of hemp powder
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup frozen blue berries
4 fresh strawberries (if available)
This makes two servings, the measurements are approximations as I use the marks on the side of my blender container to decide how much to put in.
raisin bread toasted
hot water and lemon

lunch
two eggs
rye bread

snack
2 brownies with icing from Mrs. Chaulifoux - the price we pay for shoveling
cheese and whole wheat nachos - an excellent after workout snack if you are not looking for nutrition

supper
salmon
green leaf salad
cauliflower
Hot water and lemon
