- Skipped breakfast....
Lunch
- Home made mushroom & onion cheeseburger on a WW bun with mustard mayo and ketchup.
- One can of Redbull to wash it all down.
Supper
- Homemade poutine with fresh cut oven roasted fries, homemade chicken gravie and some garlic sausage.
- Two cups of green tea for a snack and two liters of water through out the day.
