March 4th

Breakfast
  • Skipped breakfast....

Lunch

  • Home made mushroom & onion cheeseburger on a WW bun with mustard mayo and ketchup.
  • One can of Redbull to wash it all down.

Supper

  • Homemade poutine with fresh cut oven roasted fries, homemade chicken gravie and some garlic sausage.

  • Two cups of green tea for a snack and two liters of water through out the day.
