Breakfast
  • Peppermint tea
  • Dish of Pineapple

  • Apple
Lunch 
  • Chicken corn chowder (Yes left overs)
  • Grapefruit
Super
  • Broiled pork chops, jasmine rice, and salad with almonds
  • Peppermint tea
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
