taco/fajita shells

As requested;
1 7/8 cups milk
3 eggs
beat together (electronics not required). Add 1 cup flour ( I will use half whole wheat, half white--white by itself isnt as filling), 1 tsp salt, 1/2cup cornmeal and 2 tbsp melted butter. You may have to play with the milk; depends on how runny you want the mix.
heat up a small fry pan; I do use a bit of oil or butter on the pan, find it tastes better. when pan is hot (med heat) pour enough mix to be able to swirl it out to the edges of the pan--this is like a crepe! Flip when brown, serve immediantly. My kids refuse to let me buy shells anymore.
