Sherri Donohue Day 9

Breakfast:
Raw steel cut oats with maple syrup sugar, bee pollen, gogi berries, almonds, banana, cocoa nibs
Green smoothie with cilantro, noni, pears, apricots, green apple
Latte with almond milk
Water

Snack:
Chia chocolate pudding
2 Barhi dates

Lunch:
Raw red bell pepper stuffed with Mexican pecan-sesame seed stuffing and topped with avocado and coarse sea salt
Green smoothie with kale, peaches, oranges, banana
Water

Supper:
6 potato and bacon perogy topped with dairy-free margarine, Tofutti "sour cream" and bacon bits
Pork garlic sausage (our pig)
2 dried papaya spears
6 Barhi dates stuffed with Fair Trade dairy-free chocolate chips (oh yeah!)
Water

Product review: Tofutti sour cream and ice cream. Tofutti products are soy based and taste very much like dairy. The "sour cream" especially looks and tastes just like the dairy version with an added bonus of having a much longer expiry date than the dairy version. For Tofutti ice cream, be prepared to eat the whole container.
