Sherri Donohue Day 8

Breakfast:
2 slices homemade 60% whole wheat sourdough with peanut butter and honey
Latte with almond milk
Water

Snack:
Green smoothie with cilantro, pear, apricots, green apple and noni fruit
Raw steel cut oats with banana, almond, gogi berries, maple syrup sugar, maca, coconut
Water

Lunch:
Tabbouleh with chick peas, heavy on the cilantro
6 Bahri dates with Brazil nuts
Water with 3 drops Black Mica

Snack:
Dried peach, handful of golden Incan berries
Water

Supper:
Baked garlic-herb haddock, baked fries with ketchup
Chia chocolate pudding
3 Barhi dates with Brazil nuts
Water
