Lunch:
(Raw) Stuffed red bell pepper with pecans, sesame seeds, lime juice, taco seasoning, sea salt, and a bit of Mexican salsa for kick and topped with avocado and a sprinkle of coarse ground sea salt
Water with 3 drops Back Mica
Supper:
Stir fry with turkey, cashews, cranberries, celery, mushrooms, broccoli, coleslaw mix and basmati rice. Sauce is a combo of satay peanut, hoisin, and soy sauce.
