Sherri Donohue Day 6

Breakfast:
Hash browns with ketchup and bacon
Latte with with almond milk and a snip of coffee liqueur
Water with 3 drops of Black Mica

Lunch:
Tabbouleh with chick peas and heavy on the cilantro
Mini cucumber
Water

Snack:
Corn flax chips
3 handfuls of dairy-free chocolate covered almonds
Water

Supper:
Spaghetti with hamburger mushroom marinara sauce and a sprinkling of Daiya cheddar style "cheese" (dairy-free and soy-free)
Glass of blush wine
Water
