Breakfast
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup grapes
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup hot water with lemon

Lunch
rye bread
salmon
peas
cucumber

Snack (more like second lunch)
bacon,tomatoe, and cheese sandwich on rye bread

Supper
chicken
cauliflower
green leaf salad

Snack
popcorn
grapes
chocolate
