breakfest- a cinanmon bagel and a mug of coffee
morning snack- a banana and a granola bar
lunch- a medium salad, a granola bar and an orange
supper- Bing's yumm- 2 eggs rolls, some ginger beef, mushroom fried rice and chicken chow mein
( i limited myself to one plate, was hard to resist going back for seconds)
snack- a granola bar ( always hungry half an hour after eating chinese food lol)
btw- i avg drinking about 4-6 800 mils of water per day, been forgeting to put that in
