Khona- March Seven

8:30- 1/2 Myoplex Bar

10:30- Yogurt

3pm- Whole wheat pita with grilled chicken, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, b.olives, feta & tzatziki, 2 cookies

5:30- Tomato bisque w/ unsalted crackers & 1/2 bun (my doggies enjoyed the rest)

9pm- handful of cashews, handful of jalapeno peanuts

3 cups coffee, 2 glasses water, bottle of flavored vitamin water
