10am- Yogurt
1pm- Chicken Chow Mein w/ peas, carrots, broccoli, onion & celery
7pm- steak & chicken fettucini alfredo w/ broccoli & cauliflower
6 Cheetos, cookies & milk
3 cups coffee, 1 Vietnamese coffee, 1 glass water, 1/2 glass white wine (taste test for dad)
