Breakfast
- Peppermint tea
- Dish of Pineapple
Lunch
- Caesar salad, ham cucumber and cheese sandwich on some type of grainy bread, chicken noodle soup ( yeh no left overs)
Supper
- Alfredo Mostaccioli and roast chicken breast. (my daughters creation) very very good
- Peppermint tea
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
