Greg Wiebe Day 7

Breakfast
  • Peppermint tea
  • Apple
Lunch 
  • Pork roast, jasmine rice (Yes left overs)
Supper
  • 2 Hot dogs (mayo, relish, ketchup, marble cheese)
  • Handful of ripple chips w/dip
  • Peppermint tea
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
