- 2 eggs
- 1 slice of toast with peanut butter
- 1 dandelion root "coffee"
- 2.7 L of water
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 2/3 cup of trail mix
- 1 date bar
- 1 granola bar
- A handful of pickles and pickled carrots.
- 1 ginger beer
- 1 moderate serving of pecan salad, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and gravy, and a brussel sprouts apple bacon dish
- 2 small brownie sized pieces of quinoa chocolate cake
One last Thanksgiving dinner this Saturday. The quinoa cake was a nice change from the norm. A healthier way to enjoy a treat after a meal.
