15/10/2019 HM

Today I ate:
2 slices GF toast with almond butter
1 protein bar
1/3 ish cup peanuts
1 serving assorted roasted root vegetables with maple roasted walnuts
1 apple
1/2 cup ish blueberries

Today I drank:
2 glasses of water
2 bottles of water

----

I'm happy with this, still need to work on water though :)
