Sollinger 2019-10-12

- 2 slices of sourdough toast with peanut butter and banana
- 2 L of water
- 1 date bar
- 1 granola bar
- 1 mocha
- 1 smoothie (blackberry, stawberry, blueberry, cherry, banana, protein powder, water)
- 2 servings of potato, lentil curry and rice
- 1 small bowl of ice cream and fruit
- 1 peppermint tea
