Let's try this again
2 cups of coffee with 2% milk
toasted blueberry bagel with butter
2 cup of water
2 slices of whole grain toasted bread with butter
bowl of yogurt with mixed fruit and cranberry granola
glass of 2% milk
2 mini chocolate bars ( Halloween leftovers )
medium zip lock bag of mixed veggies ( carrots,bell peppers,cucmumbers[yuck])
1 1/2 cups of water
mixed salad with raspberry dressing
glass of water
crackers with cheese and peppered salami
2 sticks of pepperoni
