Sorry for not keeping up with this, it is taking more effort than I thought it would.
I have noticed though that.....
- I do not drink nearly enough water
- I do not eat nearly enough fruit and veggies
- that tracking this is way harder than I thought
I will try to do better.

2 cups of coffee (up at 4am - darn daylight savings time )
1 very large glass of water
I will start anew tomorrow and try to be diligent in my posting.
